The VITO framework contract was appointed to Securitas by the contracting authority. This was created to deliver IT equipment (hardware and software) to eligible organisations. This allows these organisations to purchase all services as explained on this portal through Securitas without tendering. Securitas acts as the single point of contact for all incidents, whether they are hardware, software or configuration related. As such, Securitas is responsible for the resolution and coordination of all reported incidents.
